Smokehouse Glenn never ceases to amaze me with the tasty meal combinations he creates with minimal effort from his wide selection of premium meats available from his store. Today, Glenn paired together his own smoked pork chops and Dearborn Sausage’s own home made sauerkraut.

Glenn has his own recipe for the smoke flavoring with his premium cut pork chops. Placed a package of Dearborn Sausage in a crock pot with the chops and let them get heated up and cozy together. The smoke flavoring was delicious and the sauerkraut is a perfect recipe that is smooth tasting – no bitter of sharp aftertaste like some brand of kraut. Add some red potatoes to this crock and you have an easy and tasty meal in a short amount of time. That’s the type of recipes Smokehouse Glenn like to incorporate with his product – easy and very flavorful!

Presto – Easy Breakfast Burritos From Smokehouse Glenn

Smokehouse Glenn has the pleasure of sharing several family recipes during the course of his processing day and came upon this particular cudighi recipe that incorporates of all spices – Allspice! To review, allspice is the dried unripe fruit of Pimenta dioica, an evergreen tree in the myrtle family. Also called Jamaica pepper, the English gave it its name in 1621 because they thought it combined the flavor of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Glenn’s cudighi has a pleasant aromatic flavor blended with scrambled eggs and sprinkled with some grated cheddar cheese, these breakfast burritos are extremely easy to create and delicious. This will hit the spot, get your morning going or taste great anytime!

Three Flavors of Sausage Made With Beer!

Leave it to Smokehouse Glenn to find another great tasting product to hit his store – Summer Sausage fro Titletown Brewing Company. Out of Green Bay, WI., Titletown Brewing Company has revived the tradition of handcrafting quality beers. One taste takes you back to an era when Green Bay had five breweries serving fresh beer to the local community. Titletown Brewing Company offers a selection of nine different beers created in their micro brewery.

The three flavors of summer sausage Glenn brought in today each incorporate one of the beers brewed at Titletown. Canadeo Gold sausage is named after Packer great, Tony Canadeo. The beer used in this sausage posses a golden, malty, and clean, this kölsch could be mistaken for American lager but for its subtle fruity aroma and spicy hop flavor.

Green 19 IPA is made with this particular brew showcasing a complex blend of citrus-like American hop varieties, their bitterness well-balanced by complex malt for exceptional drink-ability.

Big Snack Sticks With Big Flavor

Smokehouse Glenn brought in four of his home made snack sticks available at his store: BBQ, Cheese, Habanero and Pepperoni. Additional flavors that Glenn makes is a plain variety, Mesquite and Hunter’s Sticks!

Four of these sticks make up one half pound of tasty goodness. These are so popular among Glenn’s customers that he is going to make these stick available individually so his customers can come in and select what they want by the handful!

One radio listener called in asking about the bacon Smokehouse Glenn sells. This customer enjoys 20 lbs. of bacon per month and was looking for a new place to buy from. Well – Glenn has thick sliced bacon in several flavors: Hickory smoked, Apple Cinnamon, Cajon, Pepper, Canadian and Yooper. Take your pick – all Glenn’s bacon is great!!
