Smokehouse Glenn was working in close proximity with Spicy Jo on this morning’s featured meat product treat. I have seen many Food Network cooking contests featuring Pulled Pork. A good pulled pork recipe starts with pork butt – no “if’s ands OR butts about it!”
Glenn rubbed it down with a blend of spices for pork from Spicy Jo’s and placed it in the smoker for several hours. Then comes the homemade B-B-Q sauce that compliments any pulled pork.
This sauce was just the right consistency that this dark brown batch of delicious goodness clung to every morsel of pork! Just look at the close-up of Glenn’s pulled pork – your eyes are experiencing their first taste of Glenn’s quality product.
