Northern Meat’s test kitchen was working again on another customer suggestion recently when someone ask Smokehouse Glenn, “hey, could you make a pasty sausage?”
Incorporating all the basic ingredients for the traditional pasty – potatoes, carrots, rutabagas, onion with pork sausage, Smokehouse Glenn was able to place all this with a sausage casing and – voila!
