Smokehouse Glenn brought in a returned favorite of mine that I have used in a favorite recipe of mine – andouille sausage. This is a smoked Cajun sausage used in gumbo, jambalaya or nay dish that you would want to add a spiced meat into giving it a lively flavor that will spark your taste buds. The last time Glenn brought this item in for sampling, I stopped by to get a package which I added to my own jambalaya recipe. Man – did this sausage kick it up to another flavor level!!!
