Another easy and delicious snack item though up by Smokehouse Glenn is his very own – Cheesy Bacon Dogs! Real simple item to make using three items from Northern Meats. Glenn takes Dearborn Skinless Franks, slices them down the middle and stuffs pieces of sliced Colby Jack cheese then tops each dogs with a slice of his hickory smoked bacon on top. Slide the pan into the broiler and cook until the bacon is done! Simple to make – delicious items made with Glenn’s own thick sliced smoked bacon, Mmmm!
