Marquette, MI  –  July 25, 2018  –  Glenn stopped in to Great Lakes Radio this morning during the weekly Wednesday shopping show with a deluxe piece of meet for the grill!

Glenn talked with Major Discount and Walt Lindala about the massive Tomahawk Ribeye he brought along. This hefty cut is 30 inches long, 2 inches thick, and at least 3 pounds of flavorful beef that will make a delicious dinner and a tasty bone for the dog! Of course, Glenn couldn’t bring the meat without some advice on how to grill it up!

So how do you grill this behemoth also known as a Cowboy Ribeye?

  • Wrap the shank with foil
  • 5 mins high on one side
  • Flip and 5 mins high on other side
  • Then stand the piece up and cook for an additional 20 mins
