Tender Pork Loin in Mustard Sauce

 Once again, Smokehouse Glenn shares only the best from Northern Meats; today a new recipe starting with his premium grade cuts of boneless pork loin from Chairman’s Reserve. An extremely lean cut of pork, very little bit of fat on the outside edge of the loin and cut off the rib bone. Glenn decided to construct a new marinade from his new line of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to flavor up this pork cut. Today’s test kitchem marinade recipe was a combination of balsamic maple vinegar and olive oil with a Dijon mustard also available from Northern Meats to round out the ingredients. The blend of the maple flavoring with the mustard is hearty, creating a delicious glaze that gave the pork a wonderful taste. Chairman’s Reserve pork like their beef is an outstanding quality of meat that is ready to receive any type of flavoring from a wide variety of marinades well and excite the palate.
